It's fishing, go into it with a open mind. Hope for the best but understand you may not catch anything. We fished for about 7 and a half hours without a single bite, but the currents changed and just like that we had one one. Good luck and have a great time!

I myself was my very first fishing charter I recommed,Captain Rob and his Deck hand to lead you to your Dream catch,any Day? and I myself at first wanted to pay for a luxury charter, but don't waste your money on luxury when "knowledge" is better than luxury and Captain Rob and Shane were the best at what they do, very friendly, and respectful, these fishermen, are definitely the men you want to help you catch your trophy ????????????

We caught a ton of tuna! We also saw people catch blue marlin. The tuna was quick catching, but the marlin takes lots of patience.

Take a morning trip and a long trip- the fish weren’t biting today, but more time and earlier gives you a better chance. Still a great experience, and would absolutely recommend!

Finding the fish and getting them to bite is the hardest part so I recommend setting your expectations likewise. Also, be prepared for rough seas if you tend to get seasick.

It's amazing, adrenaline rushing, exhausting, and relaxing at times...
Definitely take meds if you get motion sick and no fear of getting sick over the boat...been there, done that. I got right back out there and caught one! So it can be done!

I would suggest a short trip with as much action as possible. This will keep kids interested.
We chose the sea bottom fishing so we could have a better chance at quick catch and release. It gave my son the chance to reel and check the bait, keeping him involved.
I believe you have a better chance at catching fish that generally sit near the bottom with greater numbers. I don’t know that children would have the patience for trolling.
